Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center is a family-centered behavioral health practice providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents. Our mission is simple: Early support. Equitable access. Lifelong impact. We provide services across center-based, home, and community settings with an emphasis on functional communication, independence, meaningful behavior change, caregiver collaboration, and compassionate care. ELNC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing clinical team. RBTs work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients develop meaningful skills across communication, socialization, play, adaptive functioning, and daily living. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with children, values clinical growth, and wants to be part of a collaborative ABA team.
