Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/CBT - Part-Time
About The Position
ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team in Lynnwood/Everett, WA. This is a part-time position with competitive starting rates: CBT at $30.00/hour, RBT at $28.00/hour, and BT at $26.00/hour, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. ABA Centers is a rapidly growing provider of autism care, offering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
- Collaborate and communicate closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
