About The Position

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team in Lynnwood/Everett, WA. This is a part-time position with competitive starting rates: CBT at $30.00/hour, RBT at $28.00/hour, and BT at $26.00/hour, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. ABA Centers is a rapidly growing provider of autism care, offering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. For those not yet certified, they offer support through their ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam, a requirement by the BACB. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
  • Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
  • Experience working with children or adolescents
  • Prior exposure to ABA services

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
  • Collaborate and communicate closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
