This role is for enthusiastic individuals to join a team as Registered Behavior Technicians, making a difference in the lives of children with autism. The technician will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Candidates should be passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. Comprehensive training will be provided, even for those without prior experience. The role requires physical activity, as children can be unpredictable and clients move, necessitating comfort with standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
