We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism by working one-on-one with them. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We seek candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential, possessing patience, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, even if you don’t currently have experience. The role can be physically demanding, requiring comfort with various movements and lifting up to 50 pounds, as children can be unpredictable. Joining us means becoming part of a dedicated team that is changing lives for the better, and you will go home knowing you have made a meaningful impact.
