About The Position
We are looking for energetic, caring, and dedicated individuals to join us as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide hands-on training for those who do not yet have their RBT certification. You will be helping amazing kids ages 2-6 grow, learn, and thrive through one-on-one ABA therapy. This role involves teaching important life skills, encouraging communication and confidence, supporting families, collecting data, and celebrating progress, all while working alongside a supportive team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
- RBT certification OR the willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost!)
