Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services. You will provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a research-based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, as well as support and reinforce the skills learned by our clients. Service Areas include Cleveland, Beachwood, & surrounding areas including Parma, Garfield Heights, Lakewood, Chagrin Falls and more.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check

- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with autism
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
