Requirements

You have an active RBT Certification or commit to complete RBT Certification
You meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth
You hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification
You effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation

Nice To Haves

You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
You love to collaborate and work in a team-based atmosphere
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Manages administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines
Maintains and completes appropriate documentation to demonstrate maintenance of supervision requirements
Manages challenging behavior per treatment plan and collects data to monitor progress
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies
