In Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. This role requires individuals who are dedicated, highly independent, and passionate about delivering exceptional in-home ABA therapy. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and confident managing their time and responsibilities while traveling between clients. Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must maintain personal auto insurance with specific liability and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.
- Must provide written authorization for a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
