Requirements
- RBT Certification
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation for in-home clients
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
- Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans
- Track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans
