About The Position
Licensed Support ABA is expanding its program and is seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their mission. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in a child's growth, learning, and success by providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Current RBT certification
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings
- Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
- Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
