At Soaring on Hope, our mission is simple: make hope happen every day. We are committed to empowering children and families through compassionate, evidence-based services that help every child reach their fullest potential. If you are passionate about serving others, creating meaningful change, and helping children achieve developmental milestones, we would love for you to join our team. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides intensive behavioral intervention services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT delivers direct ABA therapy services, implements individualized treatment plans, collects and records data, and supports children in developing communication, social, adaptive, cognitive, and self-care skills. The RBT is responsible for maintaining a consistent caseload, achieving productivity expectations, providing exceptional service to families, and communicating regularly with supervising clinicians regarding client progress and treatment outcomes.
