About The Position
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Circle Care Services, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports its RBTs with strong supervision and clear onboarding.
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Must be Spanish Speaking
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Collect and track session data
- Support skill development and promote positive behavior
- Share progress with your clinical team
