About The Position

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. We emphasize meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities, rather than table drills. We are growing intentionally and seeking playful, patient, and observant individuals to join our team.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
• Previous experience working with children
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids

Nice To Haves

• Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies
• Bilingual skills

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families
