About The Position
The Treetop is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-clinic and in-home positions across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas. The company is dedicated to helping children grow, learn, and reach their full potential through the support of compassionate professionals. They offer training, support, and growth opportunities for individuals new to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or already certified as an RBT. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within the service area.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience is a plus.
- Certified as an RBT.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track progress and celebrate breakthroughs.
- Keep families updated on their child's progress.
- Conduct therapy sessions in clients' homes.
- Work independently while staying connected with the clinical team.
