About The Position
Open Doors ABA is hiring dedicated RBTs to join our supportive and dynamic team! As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Requirements
- RBT Certification
- Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Track client progress and record accurate session notes
- Engage with children in fun, educational activities to foster growth and learning
