About The Position

Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise dedicated to teaching valuable life skills to children with Autism. Our approach integrates the most effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science methods with play-based learning, primarily utilizing Natural Environment Training (NET) and promoting generalization through frequent field trips. Our mission is to foster the growth of children into productive and fulfilled adults, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life. We are seeking energetic and playful Behavior Technicians for full-time employment who are passionate about helping children learn and have fun. We offer hands-on training, cover the cost of your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and provide ongoing professional development through weekly team trainings and quarterly in-service days. We also cover the costs for maintaining your CPR and QBS Safety Care certifications, and offer additional certifications through the CR Institute platform. Most RBTs at SOS work full-time, with pay unaffected by client cancellations. Teams within the center rotate clients every 90 minutes. SOS provides full-time employees with 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) annually and unlimited unpaid time off. For those looking to advance their ABA careers, opportunities exist to become a Behavior Analyst intern, leveraging our national partnerships with universities like Purdue, Florida Institute of Technology, and Nova Southeastern University. SOS is an approved practicum site for these institutions and offers discounted graduate program tuition at Purdue University. As a rapidly growing national franchise, SOS presents numerous opportunities for career advancement into managerial positions at new locations and the possibility of transferring to different locations nationwide.
