About The Position

Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in clinic, school, and home settings. The BT/RBT will work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their growth through individualized therapy, data collection, implementing intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collaborating with other therapists and social workers, and documenting progress while communicating with families.

Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) certification
  • Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Ability to work with children and families
  • Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
  • Ability to collect data and document progress
  • Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing individualized therapy
