About The Position

Galliant is hiring high-energy team members for our Carrollton clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is a clinic-based role with a predictable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday. Galliant provides 100% paid training and exam sponsorship for uncertified candidates to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The company is built on continuous clinical mentorship, neurodiversity-affirming care, and close collaboration with families and care providers.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
