About The Position
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) role at Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The position is based at the Bellevue Center, with hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. ALC is dedicated to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve by helping children with autism reach their fullest potential through a supportive, compassionate, and innovative team.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
