About The Position

Now Hiring: In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at The Treetop in Phoenix. We believe every child deserves the chance to grow, learn, and reach their full potential. We offer support, training, and growth opportunities for those beginning their journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or already certified as an RBT. As part of our clinic ABA team, you'll work directly with children in the center, making an immediate and meaningful impact. Our BCBAs will guide you as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus.
• Already certified as an RBT.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress.
• Celebrate breakthroughs (big and small).
• Keep families updated on how their child is doing.
