About The Position
Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Crystal Lake, IL. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
- Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
- Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
- Some travel may be required
