About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their dedicated team. The role involves providing one-on-one ABA services to children aged 2-16 in various settings including homes, schools, daycares, and community environments. The position emphasizes collecting data during sessions, writing detailed session notes, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance with no weekend work. BeeKind ABA Therapy specializes in compassionate and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and fosters a supportive workplace culture.

Requirements

Valid RBT certification OR willingness to earn the RBT certification within 30 days.
Experience as an RBT/BT.
Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.
Candidates with an associate, bachelors, or any other advanced degree are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
Collecting data during each session to track progress.
Writing detailed session notes to document development.
