About The Position

At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through engaging activities like play, movement, reading, and games. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment is key, as is collaborating with a supportive team focused on child development. We offer guaranteed full-time hours, paid training including RBT certification, and opportunities for career advancement into roles such as Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through our Everest Program. Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire

Responsibilities
