About The Position
All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The RBT works alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement therapy plans and strategies that support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. The position is part-time and offers a flexible schedule. Pay is $23–$28 per hour, based on experience and certification.
Requirements
- RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collect and record data on individuals’ progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
