Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
RBT certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for this community-based opportunity
Good driving record and current auto insurance
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn

Responsibilities

Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
Help clients with day-to-day activities.
Help clients with social interactions.
Record and collect data on client's progress.
Communicate with client’s families.
