About The Position

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Registered Behavior Technician / RBT in Neshaminy School District! This is a school-based position where you will work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs. These needs may include the daily implementation of a crisis management plan, complex verbal behavior programming, and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services, including instruction and behavioral support, under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalency
  • National certification as an RBT - active
  • Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB
  • Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide
  • Maintain current certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • PA Department of Education FBI Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • TB Screening (current within 3 months)
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript

Nice To Haves

  • Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs
  • Consideration for applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification.

Responsibilities
