About The Position

Arc Light Behavioral Health Collective, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in New Haven County, CT. This part-time role (less than 30 hours per week) involves working one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans and support skill development under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The company emphasizes an individualized, family-centered approach to treatment and exceeds supervision requirements for RBTs, offering BCBA candidate supervision, specializing in unrestricted hours, as an employment benefit. Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents in a home setting under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Support behavior management strategies, ensuring consistency and adherence to treatment plans
  • Supervise community outings and run objectives in real-world settings
  • Assist in creating client materials to support intervention goals
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with families to reinforce learning and progress
  • Maintain accurate data collection and timely documentation of clinical services
  • Work with clients who have a history of aggression and elopement (though rarely engage in it) and demonstrate confidence in managing challenging behaviors
