Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Registered Behavior Technician / RBT! CCRES offers paid credentials, eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances and TB screening. The pay rate starts at $30 per hour and progresses to $32 per hour (W2 employment) based on RBT experience. RBT positions are available throughout Chester County, PA school districts. A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who works directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs. This includes students requiring daily implementation of a crisis management plan, complex verbal behavior programming, and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services, including instruction and behavioral support, and practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA. To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, with availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year. General school hours are approximately 7:30 am - 2:30 pm (secondary) or 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (elementary). Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB and current certification in CPR/First Aide and Safety Care Training (De-escalation, and Escorts & Restraints).
