About The Position
ABA Achievers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities and grow their career in applied behavior analysis. The RBT provides one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and works across home, school, and center-based settings. The role offers flexible scheduling, with afternoon and early evening hours.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Reliable, patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect session data and complete documentation.
- Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.
- Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.
