About The Position

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists. We are looking for motivated individuals to work one-on-one with children with autism in a center-based setting. You will support their development, learning, and everyday skills by following a personalized plan from a BCBA, implementing behavior strategies, collecting data, and building consistent relationships. Your BCBA will be closely involved and reachable for support and mentorship.

Requirements

• Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity.
• Have an active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one.
• Have reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Can keep up physically, getting on the floor, moving around, staying active (able to lift ~50 lbs).
• Are at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check.

• Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids.
