About The Position

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and energetic Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their mission-driven team. This role involves providing specialized ABA therapy services to children with developmental challenges, particularly autism and related disorders, in collaboration with childcare centers. Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience working with individuals in various setting
• Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy guided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Track meaningful progress through daily data collection and notes
• Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data-driven care
• Support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention as needed
• Provide therapy in homes, schools, and clinic settings
