Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainee
About The Position
As a candidate for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) program, you will join a cohort led by our dedicated trainer in learning the role of RBT from the ground up. No previous experience necessary, just the aptitude and attitude to provide quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to families on the autism journey, in clinic and home settings. You will be paid to complete training, prepare to sit for the BACB RBT Exam, fully supported by a team of caring professionals. Your transition from candidate to RBT will teach you the skills to begin your career providing direct, one-to-one support to assist children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. With this training and certification, you will grow into an experienced RBT via a pathway to building skills, gaining experience and growing your compensation package with scheduled reviews and hourly increases every three months. Bilingual, Spanish-English speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. All Together Autism has a special support program to help those whose primary language is Spanish to meet the requirements of the RBT Exam. By engaging in review of the 40 hour coursework in Spanish, candidates absorb and comprehend the material easier to apply it through written and hands-on competency testing.
