Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Student Analyst
About The Position
D & M Behavioral Solutions of Plantation, FL is looking to hire a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Student Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to earn a full-time RBT paycheck while simultaneously accumulating BCBA fieldwork hours with free supervision from BCBAs. The position involves delivering ABA sessions, collecting data, and training to become a BCBA. As a Student Analyst, you will work with assigned families, train under a D & M BCBA supervisor who provides monthly supervision and assigns fieldwork activities, and log hours in the BACB Fieldwork Tracker. The schedule is flexible around classes, and upon certification, a BCaBA or BCBA role at D & M is available.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification (or the ability to certify within 180 days).
- Enrolled in, or accepted to, a master’s program with a BACB verified course sequence.
- Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
- Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule.
- A genuine love for working with kids and families.
- Patience, reliability, and strong communication with families and teammates.
- Ability to balance classes, fieldwork, and client sessions.
- Willingness to be coached and to grow.
Responsibilities
- Delivers ABA sessions as an RBT with an assigned caseload.
- Completes BCBA-assigned fieldwork activities (graphing, program updates, assessment observation, caregiver training support).
- Meets with a D & M BCBA supervisor every month and logs hours in the BACB Fieldwork Tracker.
- Collects accurate data and completes session notes in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
- Communicates professionally with caregivers and the treatment team.
- Maintains client confidentiality and follows D & M policies and the RBT Ethics Code.
