About The Position
Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You’ll work closely with a BCBA, teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, collect behavioral data, and support students throughout their school day.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- At least 2 years of experience working with students or clients with behavioral needs
- Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- School-based ABA experience preferred, but not required
- ABA graduate students and student analysts working toward BCBA certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school setting
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other school professionals
- Support students across classrooms and school environments
