About The Position
The ITD Group, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in natural environments including homes, schools, and daycares. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, adaptable, client-focused, and passionate about supporting children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The ITD Group, LLC is a locally and BCBA-owned ABA therapy clinic serving the Metro Atlanta community since 2014, committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and family-centered ABA services through an innovative transdisciplinary approach. They value individualized care, ethical practice, and fostering independence through compassionate, measurable interventions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification (BACB) in good standing
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Passion for working with children and making a real difference in their lives
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, flexible, and responsive to client needs
- Ability to adapt to diverse environments (homes, schools, daycares)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness and ability to complete thorough session documentation promptly and accurately
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an ABA setting
- Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays in community settings
- Background in special education or related field
- Familiarity with data collection systems and ABA principles
- Safety Care training certification
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct ABA therapy following individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans in homes, schools, and daycares
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies with fidelity across multiple natural environments
- Support development in communication, social skills, daily living, academics, and play
- Collect accurate session data using our Motivity software and complete documentation using company-approved systems
- Complete comprehensive session notes at the end of each session, documenting that medically necessary services were delivered in accordance with the treatment plan
- Utilize AAC devices and interactive game systems to enhance therapy engagement
- Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, Clinical Director, and our transdisciplinary team
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, teachers, and daycare staff, positioning families as active partners
- Generalize skills across activities and settings to promote long-term success
- Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful therapy environment in each setting
- Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
- Travel between client locations throughout Metro Atlanta
