Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Therapist
About The Position
ABA Squad is a high-quality, ethically-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinical company providing services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training. Our clinical team is comprised of energetic, passionate individuals from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds, united by a shared vision: to make a lasting, positive impact on behavior and the lives of the children and families we serve. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time. Available case time is Monday - Friday (8:30am - 2:30pm) for school-based services in ZIP 33139.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with children preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
- Create program materials as needed
- Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
- Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
- Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
