About The Position

Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and offers staff supervision, guidance, and a positive work environment. The Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The role may suit people with experience working with children, including as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional. The company supports employees who are pursuing their RBT credential.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Organized and dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children, such as as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional.
• Existing RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
