Under the close supervision by a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, the RBT will implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with behavioral-based developmental disorders. The role involves collecting and analyzing behavioral data, providing updates to parents or caretakers, and ensuring all treatments follow established protocols. The RBT must possess a working knowledge of the subject matter and adapt interventions based on client needs, while maintaining client confidentiality and dignity. The position requires the ability to work both individually and as part of a team, with detailed orientation and proficient oral and written communication skills.
