About The Position
New Heights ABA is seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support young children (ages 1–6) with autism in our clinic setting located in Warrensville Heights. We welcome experienced RBTs, child care professionals from daycare, preschool, special education, or professional nanny roles, and candidates willing to train to become an RBT.
Requirements
- RBT certification (within 60 days)
- Instructional Aide designation (within 30 days)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree + 2 years experience with young children
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior & skill-building programs
- Teach communication, play, and social skills
- Collect data & complete session notes
- Collaborate with clinical team
- Create a fun, engaging learning environment
