Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapy - Solon/Warrensville Area (EAST)
About The Position
New Heights ABA is seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support young children (ages 1–6) with autism in our clinic setting located in Warrensville Heights. We welcome experienced RBTs, child care professionals from daycare, preschool, special education, or professional nanny roles, and candidates willing to train to become an RBT. The schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 8:15 AM – 4:15 PM, with about 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate is $20.00 – $22.50 per hour, based on experience. We offer paid training and mentorship, bi-monthly professional development that meets BACB recertification requirements, and support toward RBT certification.
Requirements
- RBT certification (within 60 days)
- Instructional Aide designation (within 30 days)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
