The Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development is seeking applicants to teach a non-credit Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training course to adult learners. This in-person course is offered at Bergen Community College and/or partner school district sites. The course prepares students for entry-level roles in applied behavior analysis (ABA) settings and aligns with the requirements for Registered Behavior Technician certification under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Courses are typically offered in the evenings. The instructor will deliver the approved curriculum, support students in developing foundational ABA skills, prepare them for RBT certification readiness, and provide ongoing supervision to RBT students in compliance with BACB standards. The instructor will coordinate course logistics with the Program Supervisor, develop or adapt instructional materials as needed, and complete all required administrative documentation.
