About The Position

The Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT) position implements direct behavior analytic services, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) for children and young adults with autism. This position provides direct one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community or school setting. Anne Carlsen is a non-profit organization which has been providing supports and services for 80 years to individuals in North Dakota with developmental disability or delay. Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid North Dakota Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Prior completion of 40-hour RBT training requirement and certification
  • One-year RBT experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis
