About The Position
Eyas Landing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in clinic, school, and home settings. The BT/RBT will work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their growth through individualized therapy, data collection, implementing evidence-based interventions under BCBA supervision, collaborating with other therapists and social workers, and documenting progress while communicating with families.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) certification
- Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
- Skills in data collection and implementing evidence-based intervention plans
- Collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Providing individualized therapy
- Collecting data on programming
- Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborating daily with physical, occupational and speech therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
