About The Position

Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder of all ages across multiple programs and settings located in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. Requirements

21 years of age or older
High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience
Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance
Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive upon hire.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans
Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills
Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions
Participate in community outings
Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team
