About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide ABA services to children aged 2-16. Our program focuses on social, communication, and daily living skills. We offer a competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour with a $2/hr shift differential, plus extensive employee benefits. This position is located in Eastman, GA, with a schedule of 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, in a daycare setting. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance with no weekend work unless requested by the staff member. BeeKind clients have a variety of personalities and behaviors, but our program is designed to ensure client behaviors are the least intrusive to staff.

Requirements

• 40-hour training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Engage in tailored sessions based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Collect data during each session to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes to document client development.
