About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and ethical individuals to provide ABA services to children and their families. Our ABA program focuses on social, communication, daily living skills, and more. We offer competitive pay, extensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. This position involves providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings, collecting data, and writing session notes.

Requirements

40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
Valid RBT certification
Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
Comfort working in various settings and with different clients
Previous in-home experience a plus!

Responsibilities

Providing one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
Collecting data during each session to track progress.
Writing detailed session notes to document development.
