BAYADA Behavioral Health, a non-profit employer, is seeking a school-based Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) to join their Oahu Behavioral Health Team. RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality. BAYADA offers paid training for RBT certification, including a 40+ hour program with high-quality training grounded in evidence-based practices, web-based courses, live lectures, hands-on training, structured observation, and study guides to prepare for the RBT exam.
