Registered Behavior Technician / Autism Therapist
About The Position
Start your adventure in behavioral health - no experience needed! With a high school diploma (or equivalent), you'll receive supported RBT training and hands-on support from day one. At Adventure ABA, LLC, we're looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to join our Phoenix team full time as Registered Behavior Technicians / Autism Therapists. We're locally owned and operated by a passionate BCBA team that believes therapy should be both effective and enjoyable-for clients and staff alike. Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit on the floor for extended sessions
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 35 miles between sessions
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children and families to build communication and life skills
- Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Track progress through session notes and collaborate with your team
