About The Position

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Architect to join a progressive and multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm based in Livingston, New Jersey. The successful candidate will lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams. Requirements

Registered Architect (RA) license required
10–15 years of architectural design and project management experience
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and project delivery processes
Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software and design tools
Experience in construction administration and project delivery from concept to completion

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and documentation efforts
Prepare and oversee construction drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Mentor junior staff
Participate in client engagement and project presentations
Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams
