Requirements

Active Registered Architect (RA) license — required
10–15 years of architectural design and project management experience
Deep working knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and project delivery processes
Demonstrated experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Strong construction administration background with end-to-end project delivery experience
Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software and design tools
Effective communicator with proven client relationship and leadership skills
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active projects

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and documentation from concept through construction administration
Prepare, oversee, and coordinate construction drawings and specifications
Ensure full compliance with applicable building codes and regulatory requirements
Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across architecture and engineering disciplines
Engage directly with clients and participate in project presentations
Mentor and develop junior architectural staff
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, quality, and deadlines
